Ultimate Covid Playlist

Sweet Dreams

I awoke from a terrible nightmare in the early hours of this morning. My wife said I kept shouting “Buffoons, Clowns, Prigs, Incompetents…. Help…. Johnson, Hancock, Whitty, Daddy…. Help!”. I was attempting to punch thin air, so she woke me fearing I was a danger to myself and to her.

All I can remember is that I thought Matt Hancock was my new neighbour and I’d just discovered I was the secret lovechild of Stanley Johnson. It was all truly harrowing.

Then as I was calming myself down by ruminating on the commercial possibilities of my curious, but imaginary, new circumstances I realised it was all a bad dream.

Thank goodness!

Imagine

Anyone would think we’d been forced into Tier 3 Lockdown with all that would entail: no economy, no friends, no real Christmas festivities, no pub, no restaurant, no cinema and no fun!
